I offer an approach that centres around our daily life and the effects it has on our bodies and physical health. Because our habits and choices throughout each day affect our body over time, it’s important to make sure that what we do day after day is benefitting us. Having also studied how sleep interacts with pain, wellbeing, and physical function, I am able to incorporate many different aspects of life and techniques into a patient-centred approach applicable to a very wide range of people and lifestyles.
I’m watching sport, playing sport, or talking about sport. I’ve played a huge range across my life, primarily lacrosse, basketball, soccer, running, and squash, and enjoy watching many more.
